Using Lingo Cascade
These terms describe the basic rules for using Lingo Cascade. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully.
Educational service
Lingo Cascade provides a vocabulary practice game and related learning information. It does not provide formal language certification, professional teaching, medical advice or a guarantee of a particular learning result.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted with an account and for keeping access to your email secure. Do not attempt to access another person’s account or interfere with authentication and security systems.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, automate abusive traffic, manipulate advertising interactions, probe for vulnerabilities, submit unlawful content or disrupt play for other users. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users or the service.
Points and rewards
Points are virtual game items. They have no monetary value, cannot be sold or transferred and may be adjusted when needed to correct errors or prevent abuse. If rewarded advertising becomes available, watching an ad will always be voluntary.
Content and availability
Vocabulary, translations and pronunciation features are provided for practice and may contain occasional errors. The service may change as content is corrected and features are improved. We aim for reliable access but cannot promise uninterrupted availability.
Intellectual property
The Lingo Cascade name, interface, original text, artwork and game presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal, non-commercial use of the service is permitted; copying or redistributing substantial parts of the service is not.
