Your privacy in Lingo Cascade

This policy explains what information is used when you visit or play Lingo Cascade at lingocascade.com, why it is used and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

You can play as a guest. If you create an account, we process your email address and authentication information so you can sign in. We may also store learning preferences, saved vocabulary, points and game progress associated with the account.

If you send feedback, we process the message and any name or email address you choose to include in order to investigate the report and respond.

Device storage and technical data

The game may use browser storage to remember local preferences and guest progress. Hosting, security and authentication providers may process routine technical data such as IP address, browser type, timestamps and request logs to deliver the service, prevent abuse and diagnose errors.

Advertising and cookies

Lingo Cascade uses Google AdSense code and may offer advertising after account approval. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, measure and personalise ads where permitted.

Visitors in regions that require consent are shown a consent message before optional advertising purposes are enabled. You can decline consent or manage individual choices. Google provides additional controls through its Ads Settings.

Service providers

We use service providers for website hosting, authentication, database storage and advertising. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices and only for the functions they supply. Current core providers include OpenAI Sites, Cloudflare infrastructure, Supabase authentication and Google advertising services.

Children

Children’s mode can be played without creating an account. Lingo Cascade is an educational game and is not intended to collect personal information from children without appropriate adult involvement. Parents and guardians should supervise account creation and feedback submissions by young users.

Retention and your choices

Account information and progress are retained while needed to provide the service, maintain security and meet legal obligations. You can clear browser storage through your browser, change advertising consent choices through the consent interface and request access, correction or deletion through the feedback form described on the Contact page.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when features or legal requirements change. The revision date appears at the top of the page. Material changes will be reflected on this page before the updated practices apply.
