Questions, bug reports and vocabulary corrections are welcome. The easiest way to contact us is through the feedback form built into Lingo Cascade.
Send feedback
Open the game, choose Feedback from the menu and describe your question or suggestion. You may provide a name and email address if you would like a reply; these fields are used only to handle your message.
Report a technical problem
Tell us what you expected to happen and what happened instead. Helpful details include your device, browser, learning language, difficulty level and the action you took immediately before the problem.
Suggest a vocabulary correction
Include the displayed word, its topic, the learning language and the translation or pronunciation you believe should change. Vocabulary reports are reviewed before updates are published.
Privacy requests
For a question about personal data, write “Privacy request” at the beginning of the feedback message and include the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify that the request concerns your own account.
